Experience

Recruitment and Selection
- Implement recruitment and selection processes in line with OCJ policy and public service legislation.
- Develop job adverts according to approved job specifications and ensure proper placement in relevant platforms such as DPSA circulars, Government pages, and newspapers.
- Coordinate shortlisting, interviews, and competency assessments, and disseminate selection information to panel members.
- Conduct personnel suitability checks and verification of qualifications for recommended candidates.
- Ensure all received applications are properly recorded and managed.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to recruitment panels, including scheduling meetings, compiling minutes, and documenting memos.
Staff Supervision and Development
- Supervise and develop subordinate staff within the sub-directorate, allocating duties, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality control.
- Manage leave, performance, conduct, and discipline of employees in the team.
- Provide guidance and support to supervisees to enable them to deliver work of the required standard efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure employees receive necessary training and development to maintain high-quality HR services.
Compliance and Administrative Support
- Monitor compliance with recruitment and selection policies and public service prescripts.
